A hyper realistic image made in photoshop, as a sample for the cultural magazine Lámpara. I was raised in La Guajira, although more privilaged than this, in the Mushaisa Camp in The Cerrejón. I saw by the sides the wayuu life, the rancherías (their homes), the friche (a meal made of goat meat), chirrinche (an alcohol drink), and how they danced the chichamaya, etc. I wanted to show the events I saw as a kid.

This illustration is one of my greatest prides, it was the first artpiece in which I was capable of combining digital style with artistic concepts, to achieve a hyper realistic image. I painted it placing my old boots over a desk, and painting them on screen with a MOUSE as if it were a canvas. This ilustration´s client is Editorial Norma. It was done in photoshop over pencil.

I finally uploaded the second corse illustration, after several people asking me to do so. It was done last year for a gothic art show, at a bar in Bogotá. It was made using Poser, and UV Mapped in Photoshop.
